Array Frequently Asked Questions

Here at Array, we get asked questions about the many features and capabilities that the Array Platform has to offer. We have compiled some of our favourites to help you on your journey.

General Questions

How do I access Array? Do I need to install any software?
Array is a web-based application; therefore, there is no requirement to install any software. Furthermore, you can log into Array from any device (desktop, laptop, tablet, mobile) through any web browser (Safari, Internet Explorer, Chrome, Edge), giving you access to your data 24/7, wherever you are.
Is my data protected?
We strongly believe your data is yours, not ours. We value your trust and work hard to protect your information and privacy. For more information about how we keep your data secure, see our Security and Privacy pages at:

Can we trial Array before committing?
Yes, you can. We have a trial period of 30 days, which will allow you access to the sales enquiry CRM.
Will Array send me notifications?
Array is designed to be self-sufficient. Therefore, all notifications will appear from inside Array, rather than bombard you with emails and SMS's.
Will it take forever to on-board all of my village data?
We have worked hard to make onboarding a simple process. We will work with you to ensure your data migration goes smoothly and stress-free
What type of support is included in my subscription fee?
We have three areas of after-sales support we offer to our customers.
Firstly, we support you to onboard all your village data and ensuring you have a smooth "go-live" release to your staff.
Secondly, we keep in touch with you during the first three months from going live with Array offering reassuring support.
Thirdly, you will have access to our support desk anytime from 7am-8pm (AEST), seven days a week.

Sales Administration Questions

Will Array process an enquirer to moving into the village?
Yes! Array is resident-driven in its design, therefore when an enquirer first makes contact with your village, a record is created for them. This record is then continually updated as they progress to reservation, settlement, tenure, and then leaving the village.
Can we record property viewing information when showing a potential resident through a home?
Absolutely! Take advantage of the portability of Array by merely accessing it on your phone or tablet as you show a potential resident through a home. Rest assured that the data is then sent securely to the cloud where it is ready to use by anybody else.
What types of reporting does the CRM offer?
We have a variety of standard reports the will help you understand how your village sales are tracking. From Vacant Possession Rate to Anticipated Cash Return, all of the critical metrics that you expect to measure, you will be able to see quickly and easily.
Do you provide a demo?
Yes, we do. All you have to do is click on the "Contact Us" green button, complete the form, and we will be in touch with you to arrange a date and time that suits you for us to demonstrate Array.
Will the sales information be linked to the conveyancing data?
Yes. Array will collect all the information regarding the end to end sales process, including and reporting on the conveyancing process.

Resident Administration Questions

Will Array manage all information when residents exit the village?
Yes, it will. A major selling point of Array is its digital conveyancing module, which allows for multiple roles to access exiting resident information to ensure that the process is actioned as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Will Array manage the refurbishment information of the property when a resident is exiting?
Yes. Array will track the costs of refurbishment for all parties to have live up-to-date information. We have grand plans for Array, and managing the refurbishment will be more accessible than ever. Keep watching this space!
Will Array keep information about the resident's properties?
Yes, Array is designed to capture all of the essential resident property information.
Could I get a report of a history of an asset (property) to look at people that moved in an out of the property over 20 years?
You will be able to run many different reports from Array, including a property history report.

Village Administration Questions

Will Array track supplier contracts?
Absolutely. By digitalising all the information about a village, including supplier details and contracts, it becomes much easier to manage the data. Also, you will receive alerts when contracts are due for renewal.
What is the Asset Register? What is it's function?
The Asset Register tracks all of the physical assets of the village, apart from the homes themselves. This digital register allows you to quickly review and assess an asset, contact a supplier for any maintenance, or replace any asset that is past its use-by date.

Back Office Support Administration Questions

Can I see information on all my villages at the one time?
Yes! Because all of your information is stored in one place, you can quickly see reports about your whole portfolio, as well as drill down to individual villages as needed.
How do I add/remove staff members? Also, how many people can have access to Array?
There is no limit to how many users you wish to add to Array with your subscription. A superuser can add new users and edit existing users through the Settings menu.
Will it help us make more informed data-driven decisions?
The first thing you need is confidence in your data. With Array, you get that. No more asking people to check data, because you know there is one source of truth. When you have confidence in your data, you will also have confidence in your reports, which means you can make better, more confident, data-driven decisions about the future of your business.
Will it grow with our business?
Array is built for scale! If you have one village or 10 villages, Array can give you a skinny back office through any phase of your company's life cycle. Are you Growing? You can add new villages without having to add new staff to manage the extra data.
